How to book
Booking with Explore Plus Holidays takes five simple steps — from your first message to being met at the airport. Here is exactly what happens, what you pay and when.
1. Send an inquiry
Pick a tour, day tour or Nile cruise and submit the inquiry form on its page — or email explore@exploreplus.net / message us on WhatsApp. Tell us your dates, number of travellers, hotel level and anything you want added or removed. Nothing is charged at this stage and you are not committed.
2. Receive your tailored quote
A travel designer replies within 24 hours (usually much sooner) with a day-by-day itinerary, the hotels or cruise boat proposed, and a price breakdown showing exactly what is included and excluded. You can request changes as many times as you like until the plan is right.
3. Confirm and pay the deposit
To hold your dates we ask for a 20% deposit, payable securely by PayPal or credit/debit card through the Book Now — Pay Now button, or by bank transfer. The remaining balance is due 14 days before departure; day tours can be settled in full on the day when agreed in advance.
4. Get written confirmation
As soon as the deposit clears you receive a confirmation email with your booking reference, final itinerary, hotel and cruise vouchers, guide details and pick-up times. Keep this email — it is your proof of booking for hotels, sites and border crossings.
5. Travel with local support
Your licensed guide meets you at the airport or your hotel with a name sign. Our office is reachable by phone and WhatsApp 24/7 for the whole trip, so a delayed flight or a change of plan is handled on the spot.
What happens right after you submit an inquiry
- • An automatic on-screen confirmation shows that your inquiry reached us.
- • Your request lands with a travel designer who knows the destination.
- • We reply by email within 24 hours — check your spam folder if you don't see it.
- • If we need to confirm hotel or cruise availability first, we tell you the same day and follow up with the final quote.
- • No payment details are requested until you approve the itinerary and price.
Payment, changes and cancellation
- • Deposit: 20% of the tour price. Balance: 14 days before departure.
- • Accepted methods: PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and bank transfer. Prices are quoted in USD unless agreed otherwise.
- • Free cancellation 30 days or more before departure, 50% refund 15–29 days before, no refund inside 14 days.
- • Free date changes up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability.
